Yoga with Meditation Practice for Desert Hot Springs Retreats

For the physical (Hatha) yoga practice, we will move in sync with our breath (Vinyasa Yoga) while we explore the spiritual side of yoga with Tantra Yoga insights and posture form enhancements.

All classes are taught and guided with breathing queues and posture mechanics included. Morning and afternoon yoga daily with group meditation sessions before, during and after class.

The Desert Hot Springs Yoga and Meditation Retreats come inclusive with yummy, healing foods as well as Yogic Diet disciplines and mindful eating studies.

Find new favorite foods and habits while you broaden your practice of yoga, self-care and mindfulness. Foods and yogic dietary studies included daily with all retreats.

Yogic Diet

In addition to the classes, we will join for daily yoga with meditation workshops highlighting postures with anatomy, proper alignment, mechanics and breathwork.
